Round ribbed bars and wire production
The Project was designed as a “green field” Plant for 10 to 36 mm diam round ribbed bars and 5,5 to 16 mm diam wire, with an annual capacity of 400.000 and 200.000 T/year respectively, to produce mesh, nails and annealed wire, as well as wire derivatives, with self-sufficiency in electricity, located in the south of Angola Republic.
According to this premise we have carried out Plant Extended Engineering by means of a detailed “lay out” prioritizing an accurate analysis of specific needs for this zone:
– Electric energy self-generation Plant.
– Connection to local network in order to sell electric energy excess.
– Know-how contribution for the process, in option
– Integrated services in Plant (medical, canteens, fire brigade, training centers, etc.…)
