We are a consulting and engineering company specializing in Management of Projects such as basic definition of complete Plants, integration of equipment manufactured by different suppliers, technological and consumptions improvement, feasibility assessment, etc… with special focus on transformation processes for aluminum and its alloys.

Our added value is the deep experience of all our consultants, acquired in leader companies as well as a wide network of personal relationships with high level experts skilled in Acerinox, Alcoa, Arcelor, Clecim; and others.

Manuel Imaz

Chairman

Ph. S in Engineering from Bilbao School of Industrial Engineering and Doctorate in Mechanical and Industrial Organization. Chairman at IDP and COSIM Ingeniería. He has previously been CEO at COSIM (Siemens VAI Group) and Member of Supervisory Board. He complements his activity as Member of Supervisory Board of VAI and Siemens with the direct contact over the years with experts from Trafalgar House, Davi International, Kvaerner, Sécim / Creusot-Loire, Clécim / Spie-Batignolles, among others.

Jean Perret

Steel Div. Director

Ph. S. Engineering from Arts et Métiers French school of engineering.
Steel Division Director at IDP. He has previously worked as Technical Director and Member of Managing Board at CLECIM France.
He complements his activity as Vice Chairman of Technologie & Innovation at SIEMENS VAI France, with the direct contact over the years with experts from Trafalgar House and Davy International, among others. He has a wide experience in Rolling processes, Finishing Lines and mechanical design.

Guillermo Imaz

CFO

Ph. S in Engineering from from the Bilbao School of Engineering with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Design and Project Management from the University of Berkeley, CA. 10 years of experience in project management in the steel industry in RDI companies Met (2012 – 2018) and Fives Steel Spain (2019 – 2022). He complements his activity with engineering work, definition and dimensioning of components, technical purchase specifications, offers, projects financial control, on-site assistance in assembly and commissioning, among others.
